Arthur Tucker was born in 1864, in Bristol and died in 1929. Tucker was the son of the artist Edward

specialised in landscapes, mainly of the Lake District, although he also painted Welsh and Yorkshire
views. Arthur Tucker exhibited at the leading London galleries from 1883. He exhibited intermittently
at the Royal Academy between 1887 and 1902 and annually from 1904 to 1919. Also The Royal
