John Steeple (1823-1887) was a landscape and coastal scene painter who lived in Birmingham and found his subjects in
Wales, the Midlands and Sussex.
He exhibited at the Royal Academy between 1852-1879 and also at Society of British Artists. The Victoria and Albert Museum
hold a watercolour by Steeple.
