John Davison Liddell
1859 - 1942

John Davison Liddell was born in North Shields in 1859.
A marine and landscape artist in both oil and watercolour. He was also an illustrator and art teacher.
He exhibited in North East but also regularly travelled to the continent, where he was known to have exhibited in Spain.
